Gently pull the skin around your eye area taut. With the brush, draw a line along the base of your upper lash line, starting from the outer corner of your eye and working inward. You can create lines of varying thickness by pressing down more or less with the brush. Allow to dry before blinking or touching. To remove, use an oil-based eye makeup remover.
