The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouses for dispatch, which takes 1-2 business days. 

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Delivery usually takes 3-6 business days to the US.

We ship all over the US and trust times vary depending on your location. Our team strives to provide impeccable service to every customer. However, in rare cases, unavoidable delays due to customs may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at the moment. However this is regularly reviewed, so please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when international shipping is available.

 You can visit our tracking page to check the status of your order or enter this tracking number into the carrier’s website for tracking results.

Website Tracking

Every order confirmation email includes an invoice number (also known as an order number).

  1. Go to https://www.luxultta.com/ and click “Track Order” in the footer. 
  1. Enter either the order number and your email or the tracking number. 
  1. Click "track" to view tracking information for your order.
