Hugo Woman is a fragrance that broke barriers in the Nineties, distancing itself from the typical floral-fruity fragrances. The scent was first launched in 1997 as an airy and fresh floral, fruity, available in Eau de Toilette concentration. At the end of 2014, a new version of Hugo Woman in Eau de Parfum was released.

Hugo Woman is a floral, fruity fragrance that allegedly contains an unconventional, boyish twist. The fragrance blends unusual natural ingredients. The blend's delicious top notes are boysenberry, Italian mandarin, and Himalayan red grass. At the heart, there is sambac jasmine, black plum, iris, and spicy black tea, while the base comprises amber accords, sandalwood, and cedar.

"Your fragrance. Your way.”

Scent Type

Floral Fruity

Directions for use:

Spray generously onto the pulse points of your body like your neck, chest, wrists, and ankles.

Suggested Usage:

- Fragrance is intensified by the warmth of your own body. Apply in the creases of your knees and elbows for a longer-lasting, stronger scent.

- After applying, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly.

- If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing, as this tends to rinse off the scent.

- Replace fragrance after 12 months. Expired perfumes more than a year old lose the integrity of the original scent.

Ingredients:

Alcohol Denat, Fragrance, Water, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Propylene Glycol, Methylparaben, Benzyl Salicylate, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, Citronellol, Limonene, Geraniol, Isoeugenol, Citral, Linalool, Ext. Violet 2 (CI 60730), Yellow 6 (CI 15985).

Size:

75ml/2.5floz

Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum?

The difference lies in the volume of perfume oil. While EDT contains five to nine percent, EDP contains more, usually eight to 14 percent. EDPs, therefore, last longer and smell more intense.

ABOUT HUGO BOSS

In 1923, Hugo Boss founded his own clothing company in Metzingen, Germany, where it still operates. In 1924, he started a factory along with two partners. The company produced shirts, jackets, work clothing, sportswear, and raincoats. Due to the economic climate of Germany at the time, Boss was forced into bankruptcy. In 1931, he reached an agreement with his creditors, leaving him with six sewing machines to start again. In addition, the first fragrance was Boss Number One for men, launched in 1985.
